Neeti Clinics in house facility caters to over 30 patients. We have 2 deluxe rooms, 6 private rooms, 2 general wards and separate day-care and ICU recovery. Our efforts are always to prioritise patient comfort and safety. We pay particluar attention to hygiene and infection control protocols.
Our nursing and house-keeping staff works round the clock to ensure efficient and safe patient care. They are well trained certified nurses with specialised training in care of ENT and head and neck cancer patients. We regularly conduct training activities at the hospital to upgrade their skills including safe medication practices, management of emergencies and even mock fire or code blue drills.
Junior doctors and resident medical officers promptly and effectively look after basic medical and surgical treatments of the patients. We have solicited the expertise of a physiotherapist, speech and swallowing expert and a dental and prosthodontic surgeon to ensure all round patient care.
We value patient feedback and have daily rounds by administrative staff as well to interact with patients and their families to understand their problems and address them satisfactorily to enhance their experience at the hospital.
