Neeti Clinics OPD is housed on the ground floor in the B-wing of Neeti Gaurav Complex at Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. It is functional on Monday-Friday between 10am- 7pm and on Saturday between 10am-4pm.
Any new patient walking into the out-patient department (OPD) is greeted by our reception staff. They are friendly, efficient and sensitive towards the special needs of our patients. After registering at the reception counter, patients are assigned a unique hospital identification number and given an estimated time when they will be seen by the doctor. We have specially designated spots for patients who have pre-booked their appointments to ensure minimum waiting times. We also prioritize emergencies, and patients with special needs such as elderly, young children, pregnant women, etc.
We have a spacious and well-ventilated patient waiting area that can seat approximately 40 patients comfortably at any given point of time.
There are 5 separate consultation chambers where doctors attend to patients by noting their medical history and current complaints and performing basic ENT examinations. Some patients require additional exams suxh as ear microscopy, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, biopsy, etc. After explaining the procedure in detail and obtaining patient’s consent, the patient and one relative are accompanied by hospital staff to the – endoscopy room/ procedure room. Here patients are pre-medicated and counseled again regarding their specific procedure. We have state of the art equipment including top end microscopes, high definition endoscopy and camera system and computerised colour print-outs of their reports.
We also have facilities for specialised investigations such as-
Stroboscopy- Examination of the voice box in real time to pick up subtle lesions of the vocal cords in laryngeal and voice disorders.
Narrow Band Imaging- Examination of the larynx and pharynx to identify potentially cancerous lesions.

Patients are again seen by the consultants in the privacy of the consulting chamber to understand their diagnosis, treatment options, medications and any dietary or lifestyle modification advice as suitable.

Neeti Clinics OPD routinely attends to over 100 patients daily not just from Nagpur but from several neighbouring states. It stands testament to the patients’ trust in or ethical practices and effective treatments.
