Dr . Harsh Karan Gupta, Consultant ENT surgeon and director Neeti Clinics, attended a hands on cadaveric dissection and skull base training programme at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre, Pittsburgh,USA .The course was conducted under the leadership of Dr Carl Snyderman and Dr Paul Gardner, ENT Specialist and Neurosurgeon respectively, who are pioneers in the field. 

The course involved participants from all over the globe. Didactic lectures, some of which were 3 Dimensional to provide participants a thorough understanding of the subject, along with latest equipment for hands on training were the highlights of the programme. Dr Harsh also spent one week at the institute as a clinical observer in the OR and OPDs.
