Dr. Gregory Randolph with a team of 6 doctors from Harvard University, Boston participated in the Annual Thyroid Surgical Workshop being conducted by Dr Madan Kapre for last 30years Thyroid surgeries were performed on tribal patients. In all fifteen tribals with large goiters were operated at the workshop and around 45 surgeons from all  across the country underwent surgical training.

Dr. Randolph was very impressed with the surgical skills, expertise and efficiency of all the doctors and the quality of academic interactions with the delegates.
